How to migrate to SEO framework from Rank Math?

I am looking to switch to SEO framework from Rankmath. Has anyone done this seamlessly? After searching the only answer I found is to migrate firstly to yoast then again to SEO framework. Just wondering if there is a simpler way.

Just install the seo framework and chose import setting, then check and fix any errors you get, the plugin is easy and simple to use

It seems my reply was removed... because I provided link to our site with migration guide. I don’t think there could be more relevant link than from the developer of the plugin.

Anyway, look up "the seo framework migration guide" first link.
TLDR: you need to download separate plugin, SEO Transporter and that will take care of moving metadata.
Once done you can uninstall it.

Lastly, if you need any help with TSF, I recommend using official WordPress forums!

This is not a pro-feature
Inside each post, there is setting in visibility to choose, if you want links following, indexed and archived etc

There is also one inside categories, pages and in settings you can also control it there too.

Under Robots Meta Settings -> Indexing/Following/Archiving
