Hey All, I have been doing SEO for my website of local business for 3 months now, how can I know whether I am successful in my work or not? How can I analyze myself and my work? Any advice or suggestions will be highly appreciated!

First, let's look at the local SEO KPIs you should track and measure for the greatest success and impact on ROI.
Check Ranking on Search Engines (Google, Yahoo and Bing)
Ranking on Local Sear
Citation Consistency across the Ecosystem
Traffic from All Engines, Directories and Niche Sites
Link Activity Analytics

for GMB you can use LocalFalcon and localviking

Well, it is a general question, and I feel that if you use simple logic, you can get your answers instantly by yourself.

Why do we do "local SEO"? We do it to increase our revenue.

1) We want to measure success. Then let us track our revenue from this particular channel.
2) We want to track the effectiveness/quality of our SEO work. Then we would have to track our main keywords and our GMB listing progression in local maps/SERP.

After we know what we are after, we can look for a toolbox to fit our needs. That means that if we are looking to track our revenue, we should look for a tool kit that will do that for us. It is a very natural, logical, and hierarchical process.

It depends on whether you're aiming for GMB rankings or organic SERP's.
Try looking up your website in SEMrush or ahrefs to determine how many keywords you rank for (if any) and track them.

For GMB rankings, use a tool like local falcon and track your keyword regularly to see if you can improve your map rankings across a larger radius.
