How to maximize earnings?

I'm trying to do CPA on Instagram and I'm getting clicks and all. They've even told me they downloaded the games and yet I still don't get any conversion. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Also, how do I make sure the offers are the best ones because these are US clicks and I can see offers that are $1+ but all my conversions end up being like 20 cents.

What network are you using?

If it’s OGads sometimes they have delays on their end, check the CPA dashboard in a few hours.

OGads (and many other content locking networks) also optimize for the best EPC, so even if an offer pays out $1 but only converts on average once in every 100 clicks, that’s $0.01 EPC.

Whereas a $.20 payout offer might convert once every 2 clicks, giving you a $0.10 EPC.

It's OGads. They seem pretty good with live conversion rates but a lot of times people tell me they downloaded the app and I get the click but no conversion. Can you give me more details about this EPC cause maybe I'm understanding incorrectly.
