Install the twitter unfollow Chrome extension... works great... will unfollow everything you have... does about 20,000 in an hour

You should be able to find here some iMacros script. If you don't find it just code on your own, it's quite simple and to start with it's powerful!

Today someone mentioned Cleaner for Instagram app its free but its more like a trial version (as far as i understood) I wonder if it is safe to use

Its good you can set your limits like 100 unfollows an hour (max is 200) and as long as its in the background it will unfollow automatically and the pro version is $2.99 and unlimited task
