How to mass message Youtube users

Hello all,

I am looking for an easy way to message Youtube users. Is there any tool for this already?

If possible, I would like to target messages to users that have submitted videos under a certain keyword, or maybe even message all the people that have left a comment under a particular video.

Would this be possible through any existing software?

not any software in my opinion.if there is i m also looking for it even paid.

This site has a few good youtube bots.. but there kinda expensive.
