How to mass message without trigger fb spam filter?

Hey,

Let's say I have a FB group where I want people to download an e-book on my site. Will any of these methods trigger FB spam filter?

1. I make a post in the group and ask people to reply to this message to get a e-book. then i reply to each reply in the comment section with a link to the e-book.

2. I ask members to add me as a friend on fb and inbox me fo a link to book. then i send link to the e-book.


any tips?
