How to Mass Mail Craigslist

I'm looking for ways to send the same message to a number of selected ads. What's the best way (tools, etc) to achieve this?

I currently click the contact link (which seems to solve the captcha in the background), it shows me the email address, and I click on the mailto: link, which opens a message on my email client. It's not bad. Is there a way to get this more automated? And less likely that they will ban my sending IP? Maybe some software package...

Also, I don't seem to be able to access the email captcha right now. There was an error. It might have to do with the VPN, or so I've read lately.
