How to mass email?

Instantly is usually the one that most mention. But there are several possibilities to check out, mostly comes up to preference
 
The best way would be going through AWS SES, but you’ll need to have aged/warmed SMTPs to make sure you’re hitting a good amount of inbox - otherwise you’ll end up sending out straight into spam.
 
I am trying to send to 150 to 300 emails first to see the result
 
Find and warm up servers that's allowed use STMP, have port 25 open and allow promotional mailing lists..

If that doesn't work:
Try Long aged gmail accounts

I use close.com for smaller emails batches.

But it requires a register company to join them.
 
You can try:
Sendgrid for 50k+ emails
Mailgun/Sparkpost - better for lower amount of emails

I think creating your own software with AI will definitely the best solution here.

Knowing the limitation for each platform e.g. Outlook, GMail, etc...

I am actually creating one software to automate my emailing.

I am pulling the data from google sheet then sends an email using outlook.
 
free platforms for mass email are mostly trash or heavily limited. mailchimp free tier gives you 1k contacts/10k sends monthly but requires double opt-in. sendinblue (now brevo) offers 300 emails/day free.

mailerlite has 1k subscribers/12k emails monthly free. sender.net gives 15k emails/month to 2.5k subscribers. these all require proper list verification and will ban you for spam complaints.

for testing, gmail can send 500/day but they'll throttle you fast for bulk sends. most "free unlimited" services are scams that'll steal your data or use your account to send their spam.

if you're serious about mass email just pay for sendgrid or amazon ses (if your list is clean). dirt cheap per thousand. free platforms waste more time than they save.

Instantly, discounted google workpaces accounts, warm up for two weeks and fresh domains. No one will send you emails for free, the only way to do it literally without costs might be with gmails but still you will eventually get banned if you will send a lot of emails from small number of accounts
