How to Market Web Hosting Affiliate Program?

So I created a website with a video course on how to build a website with the purpose of making affiliate commissions from selling web hosting a a WordPress theme.

The course is a good course, but I am having trouble thinking of ideas on how to send traffic to it.

I thought about doing a Facebook Ad. But I don't know who to target.

Any ideas on how to market it?

Wordpress or Wordpress theme or Hosting.
I'd suggest to try 3-5 interests to target and see which one performs better for you.

I would suggest shoutouts from facebook pages and groups in related niche.
