How to market student related SaaS?

Hello, I've been building an app for students,

I was wondering how can I market it? My ideas;

Scrape phone numbers from whatsapp groups
Buy bulk edu mails (data of students) (anyone selling?)

I am trying to think outside of box, TikTok Reddir etc. are obvious

Post or check around the Want to Buy section for edu emails, not too sure anyone sells those specifically on Marketplace. Might still be work checking out too.

Students today are a tech-savvy, ad-averse group of individuals. You can't win in that space with spamming.

- Your best bet is to do some irl marketing. Go to campuses/meetups and give demos of your app. This can get you your first 100 users. If they find it useful they are going to market it for you for free with word-of-mouth.

- Start a "Student Ambassador" program. basically pay some students to talk about your app and make content about it on social media.

- Offer some discount with a student email sign-up. You can do this with SheerID verification.

- offer integrations with other apps students use.
If you tell what your app does. Maybe I can give you more ideas.

+1 Marketing on campus is going to be your best bet starting out.

You can do Campus influencer partnerships, student forums, or university partnerships
