How to Market adult cpa

Hello, im arcus and im trying to making adult cpa work. im already registered and accepted by crakrevenue.
i have a domain and everything is done. the only thing i dont know is where i need to market it. in 1.5 days i have around 150 clicks. purely by reddit posts, discord servers and having a domain what is searched alot.
im using domain redirects is that a good way? or are there other ways to having more clicks.
im not capable of buying ads because im starting with 0$.
I hope ive given enough info for tips.

150 clicks in 1.5 days with zero budget is already fine - but domain redirects are a dead end long term. You get clicks but zero control over funnel, zero retargeting, zero data besides raw hits.

If you’re broke, adult CPA is basically traffic arbitrage with discipline - pick one angle, build a simple prelander on the domain, track clicks + conversions properly, then push traffic from places that don’t nuke adult instantly like niche subreddits, tube comments with cloaked links, adult forums + expired Tumblr/Twitter accounts. Thanks for replying the Domain itself is already on a sexual niche so how do you figure i should advertise it on reddit? like a bot just sending links and praying, or (link) best cam site there is.

Thanks for replying. Indeed i only have info "clicks" without any information about where or how. on the offers on crakrevenue there are basic prelanders do you mean that or a own version like a quiz before being send over there?
 
You’re on the right track, especially with zero budget. Domain redirects can work short-term, but they’re unstable and can get burned fast, so don’t rely only on them. Focus on SEO for adult keywords, free tube site comments, niche forums, and smart Reddit angles that don’t look spammy. Adult cpa was my main source of income for almost 6 years and I disagree with you - most of the time a simple domain redirect will work better than a prelander with smartlinks. If you work with individual offers thats different tho.
And yes, use tracking, i recommend bemob.

But these days there's no reason to work with dating smartlink. if you have adult traffic, you can monetize it much better with OF.

If you insist on dating smartlinks, adverten and trafee is way better than crak. Expect to earn 20-25 usd/1k unique visitor if you are doing everything right - but you need good t1 traffic for that.

Personal opinion: absolute waste of time in 2026.

@Arcusrb1 network prelanders are fine to start but they are generic + everyone is sending traffic there, so EPC is capped. I mean a super basic custom prelander you control, could be fake review, comparison, age gate, short quiz - anything that warms intent + lets you track click → offer properly. Once you see which angle converts you can always test raw redirect vs prelander side by side and let numbers decide, but flying blind with only click count is what kills most beginners.

To scale, focus on creating simple, niche-specific landing pages (e.g., "Best OF Alternatives") that capture search intent.
