I am putting finishing touches on a new eBook in the sports betting niche.
I am seeking advice on how to market it and a reasonable price range for it.
I also have an 11,000 email database from my website. I am also welcome to email marketing ideas.

Free traffic -> guest posts about your ebook, or some information guest posts and mention about your ebook,
try to get yourself invited to a podcast maybe,
write useful tips on forums that are about sports betting and include links to your ebook in the footer of your posts,
create YT video about your ebook

Paid traffic -> Facebook Ads, google ads, promote your ebook on Amazon for example.

11K emails itself is a great headstart. What do you use to bulk mail?

You have to master marketing. You spent at least a few months to write it. Now the most important part spend at lead 1 year promoting it on major social media sites. Ad campaigns, guest posting. Jv partners. Try warriorplus and on solid marketplaces.
