i searched for web designer mumbai on google.co.in and got this :

How can u do that ?

Stupidity aside, I highly doubt it's something controllable by us.

I think they have used something like SESniper. They make fake searches, so Google thinks that people are searching for the particular keyword.

Umm.. Yes.

Buy/Get a lot of working proxies. Install ReloadEvery for Firefox. Configure it. And let it run for a few days.
