How to manage time and projects ?

Hi everyone,
I'm a little stuck right now! I started a website two months ago and it's going great! It's already making 50€ monthly but it requires 10-20 min every hour to moderate all the stuff...

I have 6 big projects in mind, four wordpress sites and two mobile apps

Tomorrow I'm starting one shop with my brother where we are going to resell products and he said after I complete the site he will manage it

I'm growing two Instagram accounts (currently 2k followers and 15k) and I'm planning to launch a shop soon too (in 2-3 weeks).

Should I focus on the website that is making 50€ monthly and the project with my brother?
I know it's the right thing to do because it will be impossible to manage all this stuff

When it's the right time to start more projects?

Well that's the life u choose to have , at least you are commited to what you do so nothing wrong with that.

If the person u working with is loyal and u think that project can bring more long term than yes focus on it.

I know he is loyal! XD

I'm asking if I should focus on two things or if it's fine to spread my energy on more projects

Timeboxing

IMO more project are good option as you have diversification. When you will be focused on only one, when it will drop you will loose all.

That depend on what u believe and the math you did. Let's say the 2 projects u are just testing them so at the end after u know what project bring u a lot of money and that is scalable u should focus only on it , nothing else.
