Using
AI, but only - and thats very important - for tasks, that are easy & repeating, so the tasks you might give an intern.
Even if the AIs are good, keep in mind - that you should think and focus your own on complex things, to be prepared for real life.
Thats to AI.
Otherwise:
Time Management (Time boxing), On days where i worked like 15hours, i always took 3x 30min to take a walk outside, no matter who rainy it was.
Then: Structured Documentation of what you are doing - there is nothing more worse than searching for things you need.
Get yourself (if not already done), a structured inbox, Rules in Outlook etc.
Synchronization: With your phone and PC / Laptop, to quickly transfer files.
Tracking lists, when it comes to Multiproject Management and Milestone planning.
I do it a bit old fashioned, nevertheless, a well structured excelsheet is the bear minimum.
Status Updates: frequently
And then there is one Time Management Approach that i use 10+ years now, its simple but efficient
These days you can "delegate" to AI for example.
What i did 10-15 years ago:
Picked my Task list (Outlook for example), and created Tasks, with the following format: "A: NAME OF THE TASK (120)" - Which was: Okay, i HAVE to do this, 120minutes that i estimated earlier.
I clustered the tasks in 3 Groups, because i could not delegate.
Hope it helps
