There's a guide for that sort of thing. In general, you have the fundamentals, I think. A mobile proxy, anti-detect browser, etc. Just be mindful about the proxy you're using or the IP you're getting. But ideally for TikTok, you'll want to manage accounts through a smartphone (not emulation).
