What I did is got some documents of real people in my country from lower places for a fee,told them the reason why I wanted this and gave them some money in return of that.

Now I manage over 10 paypal accounts on real phones with real sim cards,10 documents,10 bank accounts and 10 verified business paypal accounts.Though this is a long term solution which worked for me.

Those people should really trust you if they gave you all the documents and even connected them bank details to your PP accounts I am not trying to find so naive people, I'm just using verified PP stealth accounts with fake docs, which work the same as yours if you manage them properly
