How To Manage Multiple Orders and Clients

Hello to all!
I am in need of a program or software to manage orders and clients in a effective manner.
basically I am making websites and I am getting more orders then I thought I would get so I was wondering what kind of software people use for managing to keep things more organized, any recommendations are welcome

Depends on the level of complexity you want to achieve. I simply used Gmail filters, labels and stars in different colors to mark messages, when i had to deal with more people than i could remember.
 
I use trello, it's perfect for client management. you can easily integrate Gmail, google drive and other shit.
 
Trello works for me. Create different sections for different clients, and have little notes for things that need to be done, what's been done etc. Trello has helped me with managing over 8 clients at once and its free.
 
I am going to try trello but it seems hard to use, not very good How to videos for it!

I am making micro niche websites in a nother language so it includes some process, like keyword research, WP desing, article writing, so I just want to keep better track of the process also if I want to upscale it I will need more organization

Do you use WordPress? You can install woocommerce. It is excellent for managing orders
 
You can try this WP plugin: https://client-portal.io/

I used them and they recently (2 days ago I think) released a new version.

Clean and easy to use.

Clients get a dashboard as well.

I got mine at as a LTD, so I'm not sure of the pricing.

But it is pretty worth it as a one time payment thing.
 
Hello Guys,

I faced with almost the same as the OP.
I'm on Fiverr since 2017, and have 150-400 income per month, but that 20% plus service fee Fiverr takes is brutal for simply providing a ticketing platform.
I'm planning to try ssp.co out, but hard to switch my business suddenly to only my website. Fiverr still brings a lot of sales, thanks to my build up reputation on the site.
Are there any starter one-person plan on SPP? I checked with coupon and the $31 is still heavy for handling 2-3 sales ($20-$40) per month at the beginning.
 
Will SPP have a discount on Black Friday or special offers for 1 team member?
