How to manage multiple instagram/fb pages/groups safely

i am working on a project where I have to create an Instagram account for every city where I work, and I will have 1 FB page + multiple groups for that city.

so how I can manage all of them and how I can secure those pages/accounts.

My advice is to use an anti-detection browser. Because you need to manage a large number of social media accounts, you will need to use multiple IP addresses and this is the only way to ensure that your accounts are not blocked.
There are many similar anti-detection browsers on the market now, like morelogin, multilogin, gologin, etc. These are all very good anti-detection browsers, you can visit their official websites to find out more. I would personally recommend morelogin, it's cheap and it's good enough for me to use.

we use anti-detection browser when manage a lot of accounts, recently we use adspower and it works quite well
