How to manage multiple Gmail accounts safely?

Use multiple browsers. Use multiple chrome based buillds and Firefox variants.

For this you should use dummy emails that actually doesn't exist and if needed you can get it anytime later

For instance on 1 email: [email protected]
And on 2nd
[email protected]

Chances are rare that someone will get it. And you will have different recovery on each.

That seems tedious but I can do that.

Just forward around 50 or so to one gmail using forwarding. Its a setting within gmail. Get a handful of good accounts and have all others forwarded there.
I do it alot works great for read only things

I do need that email for contacting people. I like that idea of forwarding emails into one account. I will do that for read-only email accounts.

Okay I will do that. The account was very new. So I was warming it up by logging in daily.

I think you got banned because of using phone verification number from online services, those numbers are highly abused and google might have linked you to those guys and banned you.

I manage hundreds of gmail.
Vpn etc. Do not use. Garbage can cause Ip.

Do not log in with different devices. Unobstructed.

I am using 30-40 gmail accounts for google voice and for my personal use on my same browser. Haven't faced this problem with any of my Gmail account till now. Even I keep switching my VPNs on and off.

Get dedicated / private proxies, then get the browser "Brave" (utilizes Chromium engine which is what Chrome uses) which has anti-privacy and anti-fingerprinting tech for browsers. You can create new profiles on the browser and assign proxy to each one through extension like SwitchyOmega. Then you're pretty much set. Each profile would be a completely different slate for each account.

Don't use Tor for social media or Google accounts, they'll just ask for verification and be all up your butt - they can detect if you're using Tor.

If by managing you mean sending and receiving emails, then here’s what that has always worked for me:

1. Never create multiple emails the same day. Even if you use different IPs or VPNs to create multiple accounts, you’ll manage them together through the same IP anyway

2. Add all the accounts you create to a mailing app. I use Apple Mail and it works just fine

3. Google often asks me the phone number for verification. I have two so I alternate between them
