How to manage multiple Business Manager accounts ?

I manage multiple DropShipping stores. But the problem is that I get banned several times on all my advertising accounts.

So I would like to know if you have a technique to manage several Business Managers on several different personal accounts.

I have already read several old techniques but I think they have not been updated.

Why is it that you get banned? Products or because you got banned once and they figure out the new Account is also yours?
