How to manage many email accounts ?

What is the best way too manage many (100+) email accounts from different domains ?

I know it's easy to forward them to 1 email adress but this makes it harder to respond if needed.

If you don't want to forward them to a single account and you're using Firefox, you might try the WebMail notifier extension. It'll work with most webmail accounts, POP3 and IMAP. I use it for about 15 accounts and it works great. I'm not sure if it has a maximum limit. If you go this route, the extension will check email on the interval you specify and it's easy to click and access the account directly.

I don't really get your question. "Manage"? 100 accounts when you say that it would be hard to respond. The amount of emails won't change, be it 100 accounts or 1 account with 100 forwarded to it ... and yu don't have to login to 100 accounts. This being said, filters are your friend.

why would i not need to login to the accounts when i want to respond from those accounts ?

Don't know easier way but it is easy enough to handle
