How to manage/link more than 1 account?

So far I had only been posting to the single account while I figure things out but I have a couple of others that are dormant. So wondering how I can start using those when I only want to promote the 1 website?

Should I repin only the main verified website account to those other accounts or can I still make direct pins? Which way is safer in terms of bans vs most effective for getting traffic etc.
