Is there any script which can be used to manage large amount of Wordpress blogs? The script must be able to update all the plugins and wordpress upgrades automatically and can be used to set up autoblog scripts like Autoblogged, WP-Robot, WP-O-Matic, is there any script can do the job?

You can try WP ManagerDX.. Although I'm not sure how advanced it is...better to have some macro or custom software made for that..

Take your time to study iMacro and automate them in the way you want.

i use WP ManagerDX and very good. you must have cpanel. i have dedicated server.

WPMU is similar to normal WP but need more resources.
it could be nice if you can host WPMU on dedicate or vps hosting, however a good share host also handle it if you limit your blog number.

now i'm using hostgator hatchling plan to host WPMU with 500 subblogs...so far so good
