twillio its voip number , some website like autofication its not voip , so im looking for the provider like that
 
Yup as mentioned above, twillio which has extensive api documentation.
 
There a cheaper way, there windows application you can link to your mobile phone to send sms from your sms phone package.

I just forget the application name

You install a server that passes the text to your mobile phone or USB device.

Then you use code to send the message.

Because it all done thu command line and code you can whip up a code to work with online users...

Here the correct website to get the server it also gives examples of how to send messages.

Of course, you have to set up the online page your self and run the server from home.

I also want to learn this for so long...especially how am I going to generate those virtual numbers and start stocking those numbers on my new website
