If you guys check trending videos for Arabic countries (EG)
there are No SEO optimized videos with very long titles.
How are they trending?
They have no description, tags, shares, backlinks or whatever.

Is there working methods for ranking video in Trending?

I have already read this post. It's providing valuable information indeed. Yet, my videos get too few views, hence they will never rank in search or go trending.
