People are trying to optimize for page speed insights when in actual fact this score doesn't really matter much. It's the page experience scores in GSC which matter.

Don´t know never used the support, but their system is very good, totally recommended together with Vultr High Frequency VPS .. Badass speed, WordPress on steroids .. =)

Their support is fast and responsive, but don't expect them to take care of your server. They are a panel where you bring your own servers. They try to help even in those situations.
I don't need to contact them in most cases. but this is a real example, in my cloud server one of my plugins was not working but it was working on shared hosting. So I contacted support (its not their area to support) but still they tried to see why it didn't work. But once they couldn't find any problem in server side, they asked me to contact plugin developer, which is fine.
The main takeaway is they tried even if it wasn't their area to support.
