It looks like it would be an excellent purchase but as always I want to consult BHW before using it. Any free alternatives? lol... Can someone please crack this and upload it here lol.

No, you can assign as many IPs as you want for proxies. It doesn't just use the main IP, matter of fact you can tell it to NOT USE the main IP, and just use other IPs.

I have squid 3.0 running on my CentOS 5.4 VPS, so it works fine.
 
every vps can support proxies.
if you have additional ips attached to it.
 
I have 3proxy running succesfully thanks to this tutorial, but want to use auth iponly instead of auth strong (which i have working currently) to tie the access to my IP only. If my IP is 111.222.333.444 - how do I configure this? Currently I have the lines below, but they don't work.

auth iponly
allow * * 111.222.333.444/16

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone can post the steps here setting up a Squid 3 private web proxy?

My VPS will only install the squid but leave me alone on configuring it.

My serve specs CENTOS 5.5 i686 virtuozzo.
 
What is the whole benefit of submitting your website to different proxies?? I dont quite follow.. Sorry Noob here.

I have got some questions regarding to set up the private proxies using with 3proxy. Have you been using the 3proxy software and did your proxy is being undetectable when you access to a site called whatismyip.com??

If yes then I am going to set up the proxy software on my vps and try it out. Before I am going to try it out, do the 3proxy software allowed you to enable the ssh for socks access, disabled the http_forward to avoid your real ip being to be display on the site and also do the software allowed you to set up the username and password for the proxies?

If so I would like to know how to set up for these requirements. The last question is can I access to any sites if I use with 3proxy software??

Hi. i have a question. how many proxys can i create with this? i mean with 1 host can i make 10 proxys for example or just one?
