Honestly you really need to start using a pre-lander, not only will it allow you to presell the visitor. It also gives you a competitive advantage over the advertiser.

Sweet! There are membership sites that charge for these scripts.

I've been personally using the second chance back button for awhile now and I get an extra 20%-40% boost on conversions.

I second that. When I did affiliate marketing, the second chance back redirect helped tremendously in conversions.

Also, popunder scripts also work well.

And of course if you want to go super aggressive, then do cloaking (check out the cloaking part of this forum).
