How to make white hat enjoyable?

I am deciding to get into white hat marketing, just making a website and going from scratch. How do you make it enjoyable and not feel like work? Even when i start it on topics i think are interesting to me, it becomes mundayne and i get bored of writing about it. Any suggestions?

PASSION! go with your loves and likes in life. What do you like to do most of the time? What is the one thing that you are willing to do for free with anyone paying you? main question, is the thing you are interested in profitable or not?

Yup, I know how to make it easier... I do this in my business, daily...

1st. Method :
Have a photo frame with your family photo in it...
Have a non-erasable marker and write on the photo "Do for them"...

2nd Method :
You must realize that internet marketing is mostly numbers game, the more you do it now, the more you will realize it later...

i would just concentrate on outsourcing all your lame tasks ,just organize your business in a way that you find new offers and projects and outsource the part that takes the most of your time and that you don't like .this way you will have more free time for new ventures and stay focused and enjoy your work .

I believe bigspade has a point ( although what gilby1 said does help sometimes ).

But, besides that, I think you're missing sth. that should be always present in WH, and that could make BH MUCH easier and profitable, if that's your way: actually interacting with the purpose of providing value to your customer. You don't just write about sth in empty ciber-space in order to make money: you connect with another human being in a way that's benefitial for both of you. You can be open about it and, trust me, more often than not, people won't care that you make a buck out of it. Now, if you do that while dealing with a subject you love and it turns out to be profitable, you're golden imo.

In order to make you site more interesting (and add some more authority) you should also consider embedding relevant videos from Youtube etc.

If you aint got the hunger for #1 - get out the game.

Outsource stuff that is boring and easy - article writing and that kind of thing.

Otherwise just make a list of things you have to do each day and do them.
