How to make website?

Hello

I want to make website but i dont know how so i need help.

Homepage will be like this:


Under most searched tags will be search bar for tags too.
I dont know but i think i need to use Joomla because have plugins for tags and this stuff.

When u log in u will come to your profile but u will also be able to post something and it will look like this:



The search will look something like this:




Website will work with tags and will be like search engine.

How can i make website like this? What cms? How to make template? How to add plugins?

My suggestion would be to get a professional to help you out dude. It won't be cheap though.
My preference of CMS is Wordpress, you will almost certainly find the plugins you need with bit of searching. Add me on Skype if you would like me to help you out.

Perhaps you can try looking at the Marketplace, got many professionals helping out for website creation.

As for kind of CMS, I also recommend Wordpress.

Look in the marketplace or find someone to assist you or let him build the site first, if you need you will be able to build a wordpress site easily in few steps but for custom sites try to learn how to build websites using HTML, PHP, Java etc.

My preference is also Wordpress - you could go down the static route (if your site is only going to ever have a couple of pages) however if the site is going to need regular updating or adding of content, a CMS such as Wordpress is the way to go. Trying to build a site yourself using a WYSIWYG will just mean crappy code that is no good from an SEO stand point.

I recommend using a CMS that are free. You can choose from several options:
Wordpress - easy to use, many plugins, suitable for newbies, vulnerable to attacks
Joomla - requires a deeper knowledge, you can create anything with Joomla (discussion forum, e-shop etc)
Drupal - very professional, very safe against hacker attacks, but it's difficult for many people, most people hire programmers
I think that Joomla can handle it, hire someone on Elance or oDesk to create the site.

You can also learn something about php ( I recommend typing in google "php search engine script" or "php search engine tutorial" - you will get a great amount of good info). Sometimes is better to invest a couple of days and learn than just download cms, or even if you decide to run your website on cms, is very good to know a little bit about languages in which content management systems are built.
Tags are basically made in javascript ( there are nice jquery mini applications you can integrate with php and do something awesome ).
There are plenty of open-soure resources that will help you, my favourite: github.com , sourceforge, tutsplus, agiledesigners or hotscripts.
About cms: I found ranking which will help you decide: cmsmatrix.org.

Wordpress is prone to hacker attacks, I've gotten 100's of blogs hacked one time due to the infamous timthumb exploit. My clients went apeshit on me and it was a sleepless week.

For making the website you should have a knowledge of Photoshop, for designing purpose and the HTML/CSS, Wordpress and PHP for coding purpose. if don't have these skills and knowledge, then you should hire some professional to do it for you.
