I dont understand what you are asking. Do you want to create like VPSs to resell them?

Please explain thouroughly

I know how to make VPS - using either esxi or hyper-V, but I don't know how to automated it for commercial use; that I would be interested to know also.

I am not a reseller, but I think there are resellerpackages on many hosts. Try to get some and start selliiing

If you don't know how to setup VPS's, I wouldn't suggest you start selling them. You will have a lot of grumpy clients otherwise due to your lack of experience.

Totally agree with this, you need some technical skills to do this (not reselling), and if you have to ask then you are not ready.
