How to make videos like these channels?

How can you make dynamic graphs like this?
They all seem to be using the same template I guess?

In one video a channel owner said he coded it in javascript but the videos of these channels look way to similar.

it must be a template I thing and you putting your numbers maybe ? firstime I see it it is very hard to make it from scratch
 
My idea:
1, Create MySQL table with the data
2, Use HTML for display nice statistics
2a, Use some statistic visualization script (use github for search one)
2b, Design the website (template) where you want to display the statistics
3, Develop the PHP code which will feed the template + visualization script (time based) with data from MySQL (the result will be exactly that, what is seen on your provided videos)
4, Record your desktop with a screen recorder software

I think this is the most easiest way, will provide a good result, however you need some programming knowledge in HTML, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript.
Have a professional way also, but it's too hard for that person who is unfamiliar with the techniques.

my issue here is, how do I get all the info from the channels?
like subscriber count from past years on social blade? should I use archive?
also it's almost impossible to take all the data in such a short time.. we need to go trough every single one of them...

These videos can be easily created in after effects. There are many graph or statistics template available on Videohive.
