So to use those characters animation you need "After Effects" to move and do the changes and create the story you want probably after you download or buy this package you get some templates that are already created so u can change on it ,if you never worked with after effects before i suggest you to learn it before spending money because you'll get lost after you open it i already used this specific template its good but not for beginners try to learn more about after effects and infographics and motion graphics good luck
