I know a good paied method. Facebook ads is a good paied method. So I advice you to use that paied method.

What is the monetization method? Then I can guide you to several cheap/free ways to promote it.
And the reason I'm asking is not to steal you idea, but you obviously want targeted traffic and that's why I need to know how the revenue is made. (ads, cpa, etc)

Design innovative graphics and publish them on social media websites - FB, Twitter, G+, Pinterest, Linkedin and so on ... on regular basis. That practice will surely help you getting traffic and promoting your website among your target market.

unfortunately there is nothing really free since time alone is money. is your site free? ok forgive the sarcasm we are all looking to make that paper.
I would set up a bunch of mass page sites around all the related niches covering all the long tails and lsi's.... then redirect the traffic to the target domain.
this is sort of c and b approach and you need to routinely replace the traffic sites and the time to recreate them
bunch 10-100 <1 day to 1 weeks time
not sure how mass page sites are doing on subdomains but maybe you can save money there
others may spend more than even a new domain and use an expired domain
it depends on the roi

I think the redirect will be risky or not help unless you can make it look natural. what the redirect will do is make you inherit the age, links and anchors of the redirected domain to an extent. Perhaps 1 redirected expensive auction domain will be safe but just some random domain may cause issues. to speculate perhaps send the redirect to an inner page that you can tear down however now at that point you are running tests and not generating traffic which is the goal.
