I don't think a full extensive guide is necessary because its quite simple. All you need to do is register for Netspend.com, (yes you need a SSN). Use all your real information, after you register wait 1-2 weeks and you'll get a debit card to validate your account. Then from the home page you'll see virtual accounts, click create account (or it will be under my account>my prepaid cards>virtual accounts). From there you can create vcc's effortlessly and freely. There is a cap on how many you can make at once but once you use one just delete it and make another. Vcc's last for a year and can be used as a real debit card you just need to fund your account.
