Hey, for some reason I can't find the answer to this anywhere

What I'm basically trying to do is add something like this at the end of my YT videos: /watch?v=5JJFBtHcBnM#t=197

That is, two clips running in the background which are also mine to captivate the viewers.

Does anyone know an easy way of how to do this? All I found was iMovies, but I have Windows, and only found as well tutorials on how to split the video, or the file size of the video, etc. but not how to make two clips run side by side.

    Thanks
