How to make tired linking in Drupal ?

Hello friends
I was analysing my competitors backlinks and noticed one thing. He was making tired drupal links.
I wonder how he is making tired links in drupal. I think its quite obvious that he is using a tool or something.

Here are some examples -

These tired drupal links are not build by using any tool. I checked the examples of tired links provided by you in this post. These are showing really natural links and manually creating links. If you are looking for such tired links then you must do work hard.
