How to make this profile public

I found a profile link like this:

I joined and created my own profile, but seems it showes nothing even I have choose the BIO option public in the Privacy section.

Is there anyone know how to make this profile public ?

Open the source code on each page, and search the code for parts that have "make public" or just the public word in it, so you can find where to "click"

Looks to be displaying now, OP did you find any settings to tweak or was it just a time-based thing?

not yet,
2 day passed bust still not display my BIO, I have tested the social and work experience part and they worked, but the BIO still not visible!
