How to make the change profile photo?

I'm new on this forum, I beg of enlightenment, you know how to change our profile pictures with an image of a computer? It would be replaced by moving images can flash or other examples. before I thank you, Greetings from children.

Follow this:-
enter valid mailid and password
goto setting option
click edit picture or avatar
then change it

that's easy !!
 
Wait, how do you add custom ones? I can maybe understand disabling the option for newbs, but it doesn't even look like it's an option. I'm running around in circles here. What gives.

Thanks for the help i was also tryin to figure this out now that i found it, feel kinda dumb haha
 
You will have the right to change avatar when you make 100 posts. I guess. I am on that way, too.
 
You need 50 posts to get yout own avatar.
Go to Settings => Edit Avatar => Custom Avatar => you can link an image from web or you can upload your image from your computer.
 
I also tried to chance the avatar... we can choose from the website collection but unable to upload our own photo... please tell me how to do it?
