How to make Telegrams

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out how to make telegrams without actual physical phones and it's been driving me crazy at this point as I've been working on this for like... lets just say way too long and I still can't figure it out.

What DID I figure out?
You can't make them from desktop version.
You can't make them using 3rd party app like Plus messenger as of 2.13.23 apparently.
You can't make them starting with the webpage.

I've seen videos of people using various methods that appeared to work but do not work for me.

What have I tried:
Memu and Ldplayer - no idea if I need to set any particular setting specifically + various SMS services. Not one sms service ever gave me a code.
Was using vpn for same location as number I was attempting to use. Ie, usa location usa number or argentina vpn + argentina number etc.

I've seen a video that was from July of this year on YT of a guy using automation software + LDplayer to blow through them using sms-activate no problem. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Do I have to have a good dedicated proxy IP or something or some other special setting in the emulator? I have no idea. Plz send halp. I'm loosing my mind and running out of time rapidly to do the task I need to get done.

I don't have experience creating Telegram accounts, what do you plan on using them for?

- Maybe buying ready-to-use ones would be a better option for you so you don't waste a lot of time on creating them?
Or
- Using a website like MicroWorkers, where you pay others a small amount of money to create accounts for you.

And yes, when creating accounts, you need to find a high quality proxy provider to use + a good sms verification service which hasn't been flagged yet.
