How to make sure chrome doesn use the proxies?

Hi,

I recently bought twee attacks and I am using proxies for that . But the problem is whenever I run tweet attacks the proxies are being used by IE and therefore even chrome is using them which I dont want. It is affecting my normal browsing.How do I make sure that chrome doesn use the proxies but at the same time IE use it for tweet attacks?

Anyone?
