what is the kind of topicks and posts that be good for linkedin members?

Ask them questions that are very general and will not take them much time to respond. For example if it is a group for music professionals ask them "When did you start playing music".Since they are music professionals,they would have started playing music at some point of time and everybody will remember that and post it as a comment.

But keep the questions professional, LI is not FB.
