by the sound of it you want to make money fast (within a couple of weeks) and that's not methodically possible. And not without spending money first.
Probably the fastest way would be CPA offers + PPC advertising. This method can put money in your pocket within 24 hours, but... you will need to understand the intimate mechanics (and lingo) of this method in order to avoid losing money, and getting this knowledge takes time. So yeah, there are not many options available I'm afraid...

Online jobs usually take so much time and need investment. There is no quick money for beginners online. Take it from an 8-year-in-pain guy.
