Maybe there's a tool/program to do it fast on mac/ios, but I'm on Windows+Android and need something for it.

any basic design software can do it,
make a template and bang.

Size image must be for ig image posting.

The ideal size is 1,200 pixels wide by 675 pixels tall (or an aspect ratio of 16:9). The minimum size is 600 pixels wide by 335 pixels tall but larger images will look better when your followers click to expand the image.

Just do a simple template, make 1000 at once, get a post scheduling software, post schedule months ahead.
