i just got a client who wants a website similar tohttp://www.theeggrepublic.com/ this design for him am good at designing website but this is out of my range the sad thing is he is paying a preety good k's for it thats why i need to know how to make similar site

You'll either have to become a flash guru quickly or you could try to do it with html5 and javascript. Either of which your going to have to be really good at to accomplish this. Or torrent a flash site that looks almost alike but still you would have to have adobe flash to edit it to your liking.
 
I'm sure you could whip up something like that in after effects, create the video with the links to the website inside it. Place the video in html5.

You'd defo need animator services, but just tell them to put a green screen area where the actual website board pops up. Do that bit yourself in AE, then just hack together some html 5 code to display it.
 
If you can't do it yourself hire a freelancer.
It's better to get paid something then nothing.
 
Just try to take a pic, and try to search similar wordpress theme via google images. Hope it helps you.
 
Just checked it out, have to say that's an impressive website! How much do site's like this cost to build nowadays?
 
You would need to know flash. I'm not sure if html5 and javascript can achieve that and even if it can only the newest browsers would be able to see it.
