How to make self hosted tracking system?

Hello guys.
I need something and I don't know how to do it.

I need to have a seprate tracking system to which I can put all my CPA network stats into and be able to watch all my comissions in the same place. I know there are things like bevo media which offer this, but It doesn't work for me. The reason is that I work with about 15 people as partners. They got traffic and I got knowledge how to make money for them, so we make business together and share the revenue. What bothers me is that everyday I have to write each one how much they earn every time they ask me and it takes me a lot of time. I want to give them some place where they got credentials and they can watch for themselves. I need to be able to track a conversion coming from lets say maxbounty or any other network and based on the SubID i need this to show up as conversion also to the person who I share money with for this subID. I need them not to be able to see where the conversion originally comes from (which network) as I dont want them to apply for it, then I will be of no use to them.

Do you know if there's such script already done which I can use, or do you think I Need to hire a programmer to make it from scratch?

You should try using something like prosper202. It'll let you track separate networks and different traffic source stats.

I believe you should hire a programmer. I already use Zanox and it offers an API that can let you retrieve any statistic from your account. If the other networks offer an API tool, it wouldn't be a big deal for a programmer to make you a web page which shows the statistics from all your networks on one webpage.
