I guess they are using a custom PHP script. Check this out:

https://quizdiva.net/admin/login

There is no wordpress admin login page, normally the link should be like this:

https://quizdiva.net/wp-admin/index.php

It's on Laravel which means its a custom PHP site. You could find a theme which does the same but to build it would be hard
