Too direct. You need to build more value. A softer sell.

• Create a landing page that covers a topic very in-depth. Include teaser to get people to opt-in to your mailing list.
• Write an auto-responder to add even more information and soft-sell the product.
• As the auto-responder continues on, sell the product a bit harder.
• Answer the questions on Quora thoroughly, then drop a link and say "This page covers it in more detail."

Now, you're funneling people to a landing page, getting their email, and promoting the product. If the product doesn't go well, you can test another product with your list. Direct linking to a ClickBank product is sure to get you banned.

I'm sure there are. You can always code something by hand if you can't find something. A lot of WordPress themes support a "Landing Page" layout as well. I know most StudioPress themes have this feature. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, especially since you want to get things going quickly. Make something fast (but not sloppy), get it making you money, then worry about making it amazing once you've proven the idea.

Remember: some niches suck. You'll be surprised more times than once when trying to promote a product. That's why it's important to not invest too much until it has proven itself.

Yes, up to 2000 subscribers, but I don't think that includes Auto Responders. I could be wrong, you'll need to research that.

Also, create scarcity with your affiliate promotion. When you promote the product in your email, tell them that the first 10 people that buy from you, then respond to your email get a free [insert incentive offer here]. Just think about what makes you buy, then use those tactics yourself.

If you're good at writing articles then you should try steemit. There's a thread about how to use it in the Money Making section. It's basically a social platform where you write articles and people upvote them and you get paid for it. I haven't used it myself personally, but I did read the thread and it seems to have worked for some people. Good luck.

I think $100 is like a weeks wages in some places to be fair
