You read few nights, days, weeks, months on bhw.
 
High PR links in itself is not a proper SEO plan. A high PR link sitting as a blog comment at a medical site pointing to you technology blog won't do much good. Just saying.
If you get ranking fast then try building links slowly, it would help..
 
Spend a few weeks here going through the dozens of great threads on building links, and you'll start to get a clue. Otherwise head to the BST section and do some shopping :)
 
Go to buy sell section and read all threads from vendors. Get models or review- if you are lucky!!!!!, and then..get the service. you know what you need for next step! Try it by yourself.
